The course aims to provide students with an introduction about the nature and sources of International Law, its relations with the domestic law, its actors, the state and International responsibility. Also the role of International Law in international conflicts and disputes and the distinction between the legal and political dispute. As will as the means of peaceful settlement of international dispute by negotiations, mediations and investigations, etc.
The course addresses judicial mean which lead to abiding international conflict solutions such as international arbitration, the International Court of Justice, the International Tribunal for the law of the Sea and others. As well as clarify the role of international and regional organizations in solving international disputes.
