Policy and Practice Research
Upon its own initiative or at the request of electoral stakeholders in Jordan, the Institute will undertake research and consultation projects to inform Jordanian electoral practitioners and lawmakers seeking reforms and improvements in the democratic and electoral process.  Such initiatives include research into comparative systems, model laws, analysis of proposed legislation, assistance with regulatory drafting, evaluation of voting data, examination of electoral budgeting and costs; explorative studies on the use of technologies; and other research and consultations to enhance the knowledge base of stakeholders and the voting public.
